Background: All eukaryotic cells package their DNA using histone proteins as chromatin. One of the properties of chromatin is repairing DNA.
Histone H2A variant H2AX is phosphorylated at sites of DNA double stand breaks, contributing to the DNA damage response pathway and recruitment of DNA repair proteins. Efficient and accurate repair of these breaks is essential to avoid genome damage which is linked to cancer induction or progression.

I would like to write Discussion and Conclusion section based on the result (the result and a copy of the background of my thesis are in the attachment).
Discussion section including this headlines:
1- Conclusion and over all summary and comparison my result with other what already done in this field associated with the aims and objectives of the thesis. ( Aim: 1determine the level of H2AFX transcripts in 4 stages prostate cancer cells. Objective: Understand exhibition H2AFX gene in cancer cell)

BThe advantages of using these methods.
4- Potential business opportunities and biotechnology applications arising from my project work (in short term and/or long term).
