Columbia business school mba application

Please provide an example of a team failure of which youve been a part. If given a second chance, what would you do differently? (Recommended 500 word limit)

I wish this essay could be written on my personal experience, so please feel free to contact me anytime you want and ask me anything you want to know. I am so sorry, right now I can not recall any specific stories to answer this question, i am a really bad storyteller. Therefore, I attach my resume (the very first draft, please ignore the spelling or grammar mistakes…)and hope this can help. If you think there should be some interesting stories during the period I listed on my resume, you can ask me and we will see if there is anything helpful. I can also type you my recommendation letters (all in English and normally they should talk about what I did during that internship) I received from my supervisor if you want. I do have a recommendation from each internship even the volunteer work.

Thank you :)

what are your short-term and long-term post-mba goals? how will Columbia business school help you achieve these goals? (recommended 750 word limit)

I will attach a word document later with my short-term and long-term plans in it. I will also submit my very first draft of my resume, too. Would you please write this essay base on my own plan and experience please? of course you can do any changes to it, but please do not make up another plan which is totally different from mine for me. For example, my long-term plan is to become a banker and you write that my long-term plan is to become an actress. I would love to write this essay by myself (because i do have a lot of thing to say about my dream 😀 )if my writing is not this bad…And another problem for me is I do not know how to answer the second part of the question. I do not know whether combine my decision of choosing Columbia with any of my specific forepassed experiences can make my essay outstanding and special. (this is just my thought, not the requirement, you can judge whether it can help or not.) btw my cousin is having his master of science in operations research in Columbia now. we grew up together, we went to the same nursery, same high school, and same junior high school. If you have any questions or you do need more information, please feel free to contact me at any time you want~~~Thank you 🙂
