Assignment Task and Specification:
You are required to identify and choose two international entrepreneurs and write a maximum 6000 word assignment on your two case studies, and also in context with the module subject. Your assignment will present a detailed critical analysis of your chosen subjects in context with their international entrepreneurial activities. Your case study will also present a comparative and contrasting evaluation of your chosen subjects, synthesising theory and concepts that reflect the wide range of embedded entrepreneurial characteristics, traits and typologies. Your assignment will also reflect your understanding of how important international scenarios can influence entrepreneurship in different countries.

” From a balanced range of sources, conduct research into the nature, scope and practice of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship activities, contextualised with the international dimensions and role appropriate to your subjects. Critically analyse and discuss the entrepreneurial role and achievements of your subjects and how your two subjects compare and contrast as individuals; discuss their principal areas of capital generation and the economic and/or social benefits that emerge from their international entrepreneurship activities.

Form a conclusion, discussing the basis on why you believe your subjects demonstrate entrepreneurship and the benefits that arise from their activities. In this section also discuss how cultural, social, political and economic scenarios can differ in different international countries and how such scenarios can positively or negatively influence the development of entrepreneurship.


” Section Five-
Your Personal Reflective Statement
Form a personal statement of what you have learned from this module, in context with entrepreneurship generally and the role of international entrepreneurship in modern society.


” Section Six-
References and Bibliography. Catalogue your references using the Harvard format.


This assignment will be developed during the module, with regular progress reports made to your tutor who will be available for guidance and advice.

2. Critical analysis and evaluation, using appropriate academic sources, in order to compare and contrast two chosen subjects against entrepreneurship theoretical frameworks, concepts, ideas and models described in a balanced range of subject literature sources.
3. Fully developed articulation of the role and activity scope undertaken by chosen subjects in context with capital generation models.



4. Interpretations of the cross-national cultural, social, economic and political differentiations that may influence international entrepreneurship development.



5. A reflective self-assessment of knowledge, learning and understanding resulting from studying the module.
6. A balanced professionally written presentation, following the recommended structure and layout for the assignment and the correct use of the Harvard referencing format.
