Despite the identification of these goals, little growth or change typically ensues over the long term. Identify factors that undermine the effectiveness of such goal setting. Describe a comprehensive performance evaluation process that would result in performance change of the faculty and staff members at your institution. Articulate a research-based approach that would support this process and the practical aspects of the process that would make it effective with current faculty and staff.
