Consideration of leadership theories from different cultural contexts (Eastern European (Ukraine), Asian-Pacific (India) and African (Nigeria))

The objectives :

1. Building of understanding of Leadership and Decision Making by getting to
analyse the process from different cultural positions (Eastern European, Asian-Pacific and African ) ;

2. Giving the opportunity to apply tools and techniques in analysing leadership challenges that arise when operating in a global business environment;


To identify the leadership issues that arise as a result of different  cultural context by exploring the following problem: Demonstrate an awareness of how leadership ideas operate differently in the represented cultures .

The problem requires to identify the cultural clusters in Eastern European, Asian-Pacific and African cultures.
