Create a staffing plan for a job position

Before you start I would like to know exactly how much I will have to pay. Below are the instructions of my professor. I do have some of my own instructions regarding the type of job. I will submit the info along with the resources per your request. The course book along with a case book are to be used mostly for the project. The format (APA/MLA) is not important.

Teacher s Instructions:
The purpose of this assignment is for the student to demonstrate mastery of the material discussed in this course through an applied exercise. The result of this project will be a document that can be used as a blueprint for the staffing of the subject position or job. This project will be worth 30% of the final grade in the course.

Requirements:

Pick a job or position that you are familiar with. It is this job or position for which you will create a staffing plan.

Content of the project:

1. An introduction including information about the position and the organization. Discuss the staffing environment and internal/external issues related to the position and the organization. (4 points)
2. Conduct a job analysis of the position. Identify the KSAO s.(Knowledge, skills and ability) (4 points) (use the one below. Teacher reviewed it already)
3. Develop a recruiting strategy. Provide examples of materials used in recruiting, prepare a budget. (10 points)
4. Identify measurement and selection methods to move from applicants to finalists. Provide examples (10 points)
5. Discuss the strengths and weaknesses of your plan. (2 points)
