Daiel(1961)introduced the concept of Success factors”(CSFs), stating that In most industries there are usually three to six factors that determine success;these key jobs must be done exceedingly well for a company to be successful”

The concept of CSFa has also applied to project enviroments, with project CSFs being Those inputs to the management system thatlead directly or indirectly to the success of the project”(Cooke-Davies,2002,p.185).

You are required to review the literature on CSFs to provide an analysis of the factors that have been identified as being important to the success of projects.
