Critically evaluate the strategic plan or strategic initiatives used by New Zealand Customs

The name of the lecture is: Leading and Managing Change

Case study (25%): An essay of 1,500 words critically evaluating the strategic plan or strategic initiatives used by one of the organisations selected by each student from the case studies done in the workshops up to 17 September. There is no research required for the case study other than the material from the uploaded case study. Students may wish to apply research of theory in addition to that used in class. It will be critical to draw upon the theories covered to date in making the evaluation.
