Case Studies are critical analyses of situational issues or problems in which the student applies knowledge of legal aspects of Health Information Management. These are brief papers, typically 2-3 pages long, and should be submitted using the format of a professional memo. See Model Format below.
A minimum of two (2) references with citations is required for each Case Study.
APA format must be used for all citations and references. See
Failure to attribute sources/the work of others will result in a grade of zero (0). Failure to use APA format for citations and references will result in one (1) point being deducted from the score.
