Ebate Reaction Paper / for management class

this is a debate Reaction Paper for management class, I will attach the outline for the debate, and I need you to write the reaction paper.
here is the teachers instruction:
Your reaction paper should be 500-words long and should cover the main points that were presented by each team, your assessment of the arguments available, and your opinion as to which team won the debate. Be sure to include references for any source that you use in writing your paper, including your textbooks.

This is what she said after the first reaction paper:

I think you lost track of what I was asking for. You need to include in your reaction paper a review of the actual points that each side brought up as part of the debate. Dont spend all of your time grading the performance of each presenter, instead focus your attention on the points made. Then, based on the points made, which side won. I am not asking students to grade each other here, instead I want to ensure that each student payed attention to the presentation, and thought critically about what was presented.
