Employment and labor law in the PR China

I am writing on my Diploma Thesis in Germany. The topic is International Human Resource Management in terms of economic, cultural and legal aspects allegorised on the PR of China”. Part of this paper has to be about labour law in China. Emphasised could be Multinational Enterprises”. For example it is very important for me to show which law has to be applied and how (from home country or host country) by delegation of staff. Further application of national law to local foreign-owned enterprises (with special attention to Germany) Further general aspects in the context of human resource management has to be presented e.g.working hours,case of illness etc.) Very important is the declaration of sources with the exact pages as footnotes. All together are only 10-15 pages necessary as it is only a part of the diploma and has to be treated more or less en general. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
