After reading the SAFECOM article, analyze the best practices for using communications when identifying critical infrastructures (use the Carver matrix model tool for prioritizing critical infrastructures). Explain the need for communications, and summarize the concepts of interoperability issues and the challenge of protecting critical infrastructure in a multi-jurisdictional area.
