You are a project manager in a matrix organisation (see Figure 1.5, on p. 29 in Sanghera book). People on your team are selected from different functional groups. Charlie, a member of your team, is behind schedule on his expected deliverables.

Charlieas functional manager decides to replace him with Dave, who has worked with you before. In the past, you have been impressed with Daveas ability to learn quickly, but he tends to be a professional who works on his own. Describe three risks involved in introducing to the team a member whose profile is different from the teamas.
