Food chemistry lab report about Philadelphia cheese

Instructions :
Carry out the practical analysis of a given food, as fully as possible, to produce a nutritional information table, as seen on a food label.
Submit a report of your work, of 750 words excluding the tables and graphs it has to be about the practicals done for the food product chosen which is Philadelphia cheese : Protein, Fat, Moisture, Ash, Salt, Sugar, Vitamin C.

i will attach a document of the results given and the fully instructions needed because i need my results to be compared with the actual philedlphia cheese but the comparison needs to be done from ( McCance and widdowson )
