Hoose one instance where deception is staged and discuss how language in that scene reveals deception to the audience.
Othello is about deception, among other things. Choose one instance where deception is staged (depending on how you view things, there are many, many scenes) and discuss how language in that scene reveals deception to the audience. Your thesis should claim that the particular language of the scene and its use by the speakers reveals deception, and say briefly how it does so. You will go on, in the body, to demonstrate in greater depth how this works, using evidence from the scene, perhaps connecting that evidence, briefly, to other moments in the play.
