How can managers and leaders use problems they face as source of learning

this assignment is about management and leadership development module. I have electronic copy of the module handbook that explains everything like assignment requirements and the sources that should be used that I will attach To you. Its 4000 words assignment based on 2 parts each 2000 words. so the one i need now is the first part which is 2000 words and ignore the second part.

Now i will tell you just about the first part.



The assignment question is  how can managers and leaders use problems they face as source of learning for example managers are in practical position and they are aware of the problems so they can use it as a kick off start for the source of learning. It is in page 3 of module hand book.



The most important thing with this assignment is the sources and information. We are required to list at least 11 to 12 sources because we should show that we have done lots of reading. All the sources are listed in the manual book and you can use some other external sorces which is relevant.

The submission of the assignment will be on the 7th of March so if you can send it to me one or two day before will be better.

Part 2 in executive summary

Part 3 table of content

Part 4 introduction

Part 5 finings (just to let you know that we are not allowed to make bullet points in the whole assignment. It should be in paragraphs with critical analysis and thinking based on research)

Part 6 is ((the conceptual model)) it is the last part of the assignment and will be around of 300 words of the total 2000. the Conceptual model is explained in the module handbook. (It s very important)

Part 7 or part 7 is the appendices if we need

Last part 8 is the bibliography, it should be based HARVARD SYSTEM.







That is all what I wanted to tell you about but for better explanation you can refer to the module hand book that explains everything. As I told you the tutors is very strict, he is worry about the research, critical thinking and evaluation. Concentrate on the conceptual models because very important thats is explained in the manual hand book in the attachment.
