I 2501 Researching with Children & Young People
I WOULD LIKE MY RESEARCH PROPOSAL TO BE what views and opinions do young people hold in relation to work placements. this is the hypothesis.
The first part of the proposal is a brief literature review where you analyse and evaluate the research that has already been conducted in relation to your chosen topic and set out the aims and research questions of your proposed research. Having considered the research that has already been conducted in relation to your topic, what do you want to know?
The second part of the proposal is your methodology which sets out your intended data collection and analysis strategies and outlines the value of your research as a professional tool. So this part of the proposal outlines how you intend to discover the answers to your research questions! As you provide a rationale for your chosen methodology you will be required to critically assess the strengths and weaknesses of this and another, contrasting, methodological technique.
