The purpose of this paper is to find that different HR policies and practices are successful for different cultures. My aim is to find, what difficulties wholefoodsmarket had to face while extending business into a country with different traditions and organizational culture. You must focus only on this company with the given scenario. No comparison with other companies.
The wholefoodsmarket is a retail company based in US and Canada originally from USA. They have recently opened their first ever store abroad on HIGH street KENSINGTON London in June 2007. I work with this company as a Customer Services Assistant. I might also be able to help you with some of the information about gathering primary data.
