Ifferent ways of motivating people at Starbucks and John Lewis

Hi I need to ask you to help me with my last part of my mini dissertation.
I need to write findings, analysis, conclusion and recommendations. My subject is: Different ways of motivating people at Starbucks and John Lewis.
I had a questionnaire prepared for both companies (but obviously I did not send them) so I need you to use your imagination and give some fake results. On the first bit it says that I should put all of the numbers into graphs, charts… is that going to be a problem to you?

In the analysis bit please use some newspapers articles on motivation at Starbucks and John Lewis… youll definiately find some:)
