Ifferentiate between management and leadership
Environmentals US university student. Junior majoring in management. Adult returning to school that has several years professional experience.
The following paragraph contains the specific instructions.
Prepare a 1,050-1,400-word paper in which you differentiate between management and leadership. Examine the role and responsibilities of leaders in creating and maintaining a healthy organizational culture. Make two recommendations to create and maintain a healthy organizational culture. Provide examples from the readings and/or your personal experience to support your recommendations.
My input follows:
Word count is reasonably flexible it, just cannot be under 1,050. I normally write at or above the maximum.
Please focus paper on readings as a complete paper. I will revise as necessary for personal experiences.
I will upload several files. Chapter 1 and Chapter 12 are the primary elements. Chapter 4 is secondary. The remaining documents are extra readings, but citations or content are not required from them.
APA elements required: Abstract, core content, references. Of course appendices, figures, tables, etc. may be added as appropriate.
References: At least one from Chatper 1, two is better. At least one from Chapter 12, two is better. One to three references from something other than Chapter 1 or 12 (Chapter 4, other attached material, or your resources). Any resource that you cite other than from the material I provide must be referencable from the Internet and scholarly journals are desirable.
I specified 6 pages, but 5 pages is fine if possible. I presume charge/page does not include the bibliography page. I am basing pages on content. If charge/page includes bibliograpy (it should not in my opinion), please add 1 page to the count if necessary.
Content is more important than quantity (except minimum level).
