the assigment have to be based on P&L Sheets and forecast sheets

im on the work and learn programe so it is important that all the informations are based on real sheets

im working in banqueting department so information must be based on FOOD part of the P&L

Also english is not my first language

*Assigment criteria
The introduction should be conise and clear indicating focus and purpose

The findings should be conise, factually supported. tables, figures, cost scenarios may be included.

judgements are encouraged and shuld be well reasoned and realistic

conclusions should sum up the key points and finish with a thought provoking ending

appendices or exhibits should be selectively included

Referencing Requirements:
No referencing report have to be based on the actual P&L and and forecast sheets
