For the final exam paper I plan on exploring the Google Corporation. The Google organization provides products and services for end users to large organizations. One of the most popular services this company provides is its web browsing service. The reason I chose this organization for my final exam paper is due to the interest I have in them. What I find interesting is how this billion dollar company started as a college product and now is known in just about every household. Also, the unique work environment and HR views within the company are interesting unlike any other company. The general approach to collecting this information will include research conducted on the web from both their website as well as others. The intent behind this information is to explore the unique styles of human resource management and how those one off styles can work to build a successful organization that can be fun and go outside the lines most have to ways in which people can express themselves and enjoy their jobs all while achieving the companyas mission within their vision.

Discuss in a 15-page paper with properly formatted APA citations and bibliography, how the various parts of the human resource system used in an organization you are familiar with (can be your own or anothera no need to name names, but you should talk about the types of service or products supplied by the organization) align and support each other. These parts should include the:
