My area of practice is a 57 bed nursing home for older people with dementia, we work ion partnership with local hospital in sheffield, beds are funded through PCT, we offer rehabilitation to people who are admitted tro hospital with other illnesses but suffer from dementia, we offer physio and OT prior to being able to return home or into residential care.
