Every organisation big or small has a certain organisational behaviour visible in its political and cultural approach to work. Some negative behaviours may include a culture of stereotyping, secrecy, self-interest, and mistrust. The question is whether the Johari Window could be used as an effective organisation development tool in addressing such problems
