A) Examine and compare the most important negative and positive aspects of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and English Law (with focus on the Sales of Goods Act 1979) on the subject of international sales of commodities on the one hand compared to international sales of manufactured goods on the other.
