For this assignment, you must produce a complete analytical essay with an introduction, three body paragraphs and a conclusion, all of which must follow the essay guidelines discussed in class and described in the course handout on essay structure (available on Omnivox). Must be between 700 and 1000 words, no more no less. The essay must be based on one of the essay topics made available, its thesis statement providing a clear, direct and specific answer to one of the questions in the box below.
Furthermore, each of the essayas body paragraph must contain at least two pieces of textual evidence (for a minimum total of six pieces of textual evidence overall), and must focus on a particular literary device or technique used to convey the message identified in your thesis.
Your essay must also follow MLA style guidelines in terms of format, appearance and citation, which means a among other things a that it must have a proper works cited list and title. No research, only quotations from the novel.
