Linical neural scaffold for olfactory ensheathing cells
The main area of research is
1) olfactory ensheathing cell biology, specifically on population heterogeneity and cell cycle using FACS biology and
2) Development of neural scaffold for olfactory ensheathing cell, using various microfabrication techniques. The primary techniques are Electrospinning, laser ablation, replica mold.
The thesis has been examined by panel of examiners and need to be corrected for the final draft. Restructuring of the thesis is done based on examiners requests. I need help for to rewrite the introduction chapter, some additional sections in the subsequent chapters, mainly discussion and results, and polish up on the legends. Major criticisms from examiners are that reviews of the experimental data is inadequate and more conclusion should be drawn from the results.
