Diversity, as in all organizational initiatives, must contribute to the corporate bottom line. Evaluate the common organizational bottom-line rationale for diversity initiatives.
In a two-page paper, please explain what experts say regarding diversity in organizations by addressing the following questions and support the answer with rationales, examples, and references. (3 pages)

” What specific aspects make an organization diverse?
” What value does a diverse, versus a homogenous, organizational culture have to the bottom line?
” What value does a diverse workforce offer individual workers?
