Loud Computing Tipping point for an IT organisation (work in progress topic)

My immediate major requirement is the literature review on Cloud Computing and how I can use a proven IT organisation model to investigate the tipping point for Cloud computing.

Requirements
1)Excellent written English vocabulary / command.
2)Please use  Australian English language settings for editing and spell checker.
3)Deliverable  Microsoft Word template with literature review that has correct bibliography, referencing etc& (The word template must be editable)
4)References must be from credible high calibre academic and industry journals (ie IEEE, Harvard Business school etc..)
5)Support materials (soft copies of the Journal articles) should be provided with the thesis documentation for future references.

My preference is to log on the portal and provide frequent feedback. Please let me know how to facilitate this?

Literature review on Cloud computing (roughly 10 pages)

Literature review of IT organisation maturity and how cloud computing applies to an organisation at different maturity levels (roughly 5 pages)
(i.e. how do we define an IT organisation so that we can benchmark each attribute to compare whether we can create a model to define the applicability of cloud computing) 
1)How to link IT to enable business outcomes in an organisation?
2)What defines the  modern IT organisation
3)IT organisation maturity models available.
4)What are the attributes of a preferred maturity model?
