Merican cuisine : New England region chef
Students are assigned two (2) research assignments on the first day of class. The first paper is due on the first day of week two (2). The second paper will be due on the first day of the four (4) week. The specific topic will address one of the regions identified in American Regional Cuisine (lottery format). Reports turned in late will lose one letter grade for each day late. Reports must be at least four pages (800 words long) typed or in legible handwriting, with bibliographies included. The region of choice is New England and my chef of choice is Carolyn Johnson. Please cover the restaurant that she runs and the ingredients from the region she uses to inspire her creations.
