Merican History Seminar Journal book by Frederick Douglass

This course is senior American History Seminar about the South.
Basically the journal is an intellectual reaction to the book by Frederick Douglass. The journal should not consist of reading notes but maturing thoughts about the material and about how approach it as a HISTORIAN. It should reflect the tenor and direction of Mythinking.
The style is not regulated, but this is NOT a book review. It should approach the book from historical point of view. You can just write about anything that is interesting/intriguing. You dont need to summarize or paraphrase anything(should not be general/broad/superficial.) Just analyze some things that interest you in the book (you can focus on a few parts/quotes of the book) and explore your opinion, thoughts, analysis, arguments deeply. You dont need to use any outsource, but use quotes from this book if needed.
It is great if you can get access to the book, but I will upload an online version
