As a manager, how would you transform a group into a high performing team? What is the difference between synergy and groupthink? How would you encourage synergy without promoting groupthink?
This discussion board is designed for you to respond to the above question/topic by Thursday of the 1st week of the module. To receive a passing grade each post should be a minimum of 200 words in length, demonstrating thought and integration of key concepts. Your response should be supported with relevant background sources, which must be properly cited & referenced.
