There is increasing discussion regarding the need for flexibility in employment
arrangements in Australia. Discuss the role of flexibility in the Australian context, critically
evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of flexible working arrangements from both
management and employee perspectives.

Investigate one of the following topics and discuss in relation to industrial relations. The object of
this assignment is to develop a more detailed understanding of one significant aspect of industrial
