Discuss how information/recommendations in the allocated article are informed/ underpinned by the OB theories and research you have reviewed
Highlight gaps / missing perspectives in the article based on your review of the literature, and make your own theory-based recommendations
Reflect on the usefulness of applying OB theory to practical situations

Word count: 3000 max. (reference list and tables not included in word count; do not include appendices)

Your work should be based on, and make accurate reference to, relevant theory and research in organisational behaviour. You must use journal articles for this work.
