U-Soft is a software production and online game production company. U-Soft is public company. The companys performance depends on the operation management. In several areas of Operation Management, Human Resource is the most important basic function it holds a strong significance in the software industry. Decrease HR costs directly reduce the production costs in software company. Software design, production and quality depend on the staffsa creation. How to reduce HR cost, improve productivity and efficiency, it is the objectives of U-Softs operation management.

Purposes:
The purpose of paper is improving the competition, reduce Human Resource cost and enhance productivity, and providing some analysis and recommendations on U-Soft s Operation Management.
The contents of this paper will introduce U-Softas competitive strategy; and then analyzes SWOT, identify current recruitment methods and procedure is not entirely meet to the companys strategy; the working environment and working time are not fit to the job characteristics and software engineersa characteristics, even not increase efficiency; the position and compensation grade system led to the turnover was increased.
