Nalyzing Hazardous Material Transportation incidents and the attributing factors over the past decade

Incident reports are an integral part for improvement in the infrastructure of any organization. HAZMAT transportation has a degree of risks associated with it and as such a number of checks and balances are incorporated, risk minimized routes and systematic schedules are an example of such. With a study of data retrieved over the last decade from HAZMAT incident reports, using various sources to include the U.S. Department of Transportation, a deduction will be made to identify any contributions to the Risk Management Framework already in existence.
