Nd of Life Decisions: Making the right choice for you
A cover page with running head (including page numbers through out), an Abstract,Introduction that includes the thesis statement, at least 3 body paragraph points developed (but i have 4 to be developed. Please include sources for all definitions stated in all paragraphs. And, a concluding paragraph. No internet sources nor citations. All sources or citations must be within the last 5 years. The question of palliative care helps clients plan for alleviating pain and symptoms, help live life to the fullest and simultaneously have a voice in their care.This is done through the Rights to self-determination of treatment, medical experimentation during end of life,the ethics and effectiveness of continued routine medical interventions, allocation of resources and life support interventions.
Rights to self-determination of treatment. The “1990 Patient Self-determination Act(PSDA)(*citation*) encourages everyone to decide now about the types and extent of medical care they want to accept or refuse, if they become unable to make those decisions due to illness (***please further develop***)
Medical experimentation during end of life, brings forth many unique questions. Such as, how effective would it be to continue with what we call routine medical procedures(**further develop by saying what it is, how it is, when done etc and so forth with sources**)
The ethics and effectiveness of continued routine medical interventions allows clients to be respected as experts about the medical treatment desirable to them. Respecting clients as the central decision-maker also protects against the view that health care practitioners should make decisions they believe to be in clients best interest.(**further develop with sources**)
Allocation of resources helps to determine therapeutic and diagnostic procedures in recognition of human life. (*source and develop accordingly*
