5.When using a Decision Support System (DSS), Construct an example to illustrate the difference between Sensitivity Analysis and Scenario Analysis.
6.When using a DSS in supporting a capital investment decision on, say the purchase of a Fijian hotel, a number of variables are included in the analysis. However, certain important factors would be difficult to include in the DSS. Give examples and explain how you would cope with these factors in your overall analysis in support of the manager making the investment decision.
7.It has been said that the real challenge in implementing Knowledge Management is in the Organisational Enablers. List and describe various Organisational Enablers.
