a? Key processes: what are the key processes that create value for achieving business strategy?
a? Internal processes: how can HR ensure their service is as effective and efficient as possible?
a? Learning and growth (or innovation): what can HR do to achieve the organizationas vision?
The dissertation will include both qualitative and quantitative data. This research will use statistics published by HR professionals on the internet along with conducting some interviews with HR professionals in order to evaluate the current process, roles and alignment with organizationsa visions, then provide solutions to answer all of the above mentioned questions.
