Oes the law give enough guidance on consent in rape?

Analyse the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and see if it provides enough guidance on consent in rape, talk about conclusive and evidential presumptions of consent. Relate it to law cases to show if statutory cases have also provided enough guidance on consent in rape. Talk about problems with sbsence of consent, problems arising from the Sexual Offences Act (i.e. identifying if the defendant does not REASONABLY believe/absence of reasonable belief in consent), mistaken consent, intoxication and consent, capacity to give consent, etc. Also, talk about how the law DOES provide enough guidance on consent and how the law on rape is changing.
