Community Needs Assessment Guidelines

Directions: Student will conduct a community needs assessment by choosing a specified community of choice to assess. Students are to write a formal paper in narrative format with subtitles making it clear that each area of the need assessment has been covered.. This assignment should include great detail about the community you are assessing. Your textbook can be an excellent reference as well as the city governmental website related to that community. This assignment is due to instructor: November 30, 2011 via email before 5:00 class time. Papers are to be submitted electronically in APA format with a Power-point Presentation summarizing the Community Needs Assessment Paper which is attached. Grades will be based on how detail and clear the assessment is based on the guidelines listed below.
