Activity Description:
For this week, you will read Chapter 5 in the text Decker, C., Decker, J., Freeman, N., & Knorpf, H. 2013 Planning and administering early childhood programs and reflected on operationalizing the early childhood program. For this assignment, reflect on what you have learned about leading and managing personnel. Write a paper justifying the differences between leadership and management.
