Comparison of two therapeutic exercise programes for the treatment of shoulder tendinosis.

The main exercise programme been eccentric loading of the shoulder whilst the other been a generalised exericse programme consisting of posterior capsule stretching, postural correction exercises and rotator cuff strengthening and scapular stabilization.

Wanting to find out over the short term 6 weeks and long term 1 year + which sustained exercise programme is the most effective for the relief of shoulder tendinosis symptoms.

It will use a quantitative research design and will look at a participation size of around 60 + to ascertain whether any improvement made are consistent and statisically significant.
