CAE Technologies/Tools have evolved quite considerably of the last 20yrs. However there are still a number of problems and issues that are preventing companies from realizing their full potential. The aim of the project is to review the
application of CAE systems;
the underlying software technologies being used;
recent developments in Engineering Analysis methods and how modern tools have adapted them;

Key areas such as simulation based design, automated finite element meshing techniques, multi-disciplinary optimization, Geometric Reasoning and Adaptive Meshing need to be investigated.

The project should draw conclusions on what improvements need to be made to the current technologies in order to satisfy current as well as future demands

for the above project, theres two parts to write:

1) Research Outline : i will upload a full instructions for that.

2) Find 15 papers reviwed on the key research areas ((simulation based design, automated finite element meshing techniques, multi-disciplinary optimization, Geometric Reasoning and Adaptive Meshing)) … Summerize them in a table as a comparison between them; writing the key thing theyre discussing, their contribution for the objectives being set in the research outline and conclusions.
