Onflict managment and mediation : communication
Identify and evaluate your own communication skills, interaction style, and group interaction skill sets. Within these areas, determine those skill sets that you are in need of improving, and describe a plan to implement these changes. Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style.
Compare the difference between positive and negative forms of communication, an explain how to use positive communication to avoid conflict.
