3) Include a title page, abstract, problem statement, conclusion, reference section, and appendices (if tables, graphs, surveys, diagrams, etc., are created from tools required in Module 4).

4) Prepare this assignment according to the APA guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
