Students will write a paper and develop a PowerPoint Presentation identifying, describing and assessing how Consumer Behavior Theory and Consumer Behavior relates to and affects Brand Development and Management. Analysis will focus on how understanding and integrating Consumer Behavior Theory into Brand Development contributes to the successful creation and management of a Brand. Use the Black Box Model of Consumer Behavior to explain the relationship to Brand Development and Management. The paper will be based on information from public secondary sources, company web sites, as well as professional experiences and insights. Surveys and primary research are encouraged but not required. Specifically, you will assess the importance of integrating Consumer Behavior research into Brand development.
Where appropriate use course concepts. The final report must not exceed ten double-spaced, 12-point font, 1-inch margin pages. Exhibits can be added and are not included in the page total. The presentation should be a top-line summary of the key points from the report. Report length: 1,500 words. Multimedia presentation: 10 slides (frames) and must include presenter notes. At least three pertinent and current (five years or less) references must be used to support your own original analysis and properly cited adhering to APA format.
