Ontemporary Business Management Futures Environment Management
Hamel and Prahalad (1994) suggest that radical change is necessary if lasting solutions are to be found, and government, business and individuals have a role to play. The future is about sustainability. Companies are competing for the future but can only do so if they are farsighted, regenerate their core strategies innovate and use new ways of thinking to transform their organizations.
Consider an area of the world with which you are familiar and look closely at the ENVIRONMENT and with your analytical skills identify potential business opportunity or trend that will have a major impact on organisations.
