The Task:
You are a HR Director and have recently joined a large company which is experiencing some performance issues. You are aware that in some parts of the company performance and employee engagement levels are high, however there are other parts of the company which are significantly underperforming and employee engagement levels are low.

Produce a 2000 word essay that explores and evaluates what strategies, models and practices you (as the HR Director) could implement to effectively manage organisational and employee performance.
