Ontingent fees for lawyers in the EU: are exceptions granted in the right circumstances?

I am a returning customer. The last month I had like three orders completed and I am specifically very satisfied by the writer 4936 who worked very well with me in my last two orders namely 1051274_fnl and 6230186_1068013_rev.
The subject of my studies is actually Economics and Law. I am going to provide you with some instructions and details to assist you with the work as much as possible.
The writer 4936 did a great job evaluating the pros and cons of the US contingency system of payment of lawyers in the previous orders but now this order deals with the second part of project which is about the exceptions of EU countries practicing some form of contingent fees as a payment to lawyers. After these exceptions are demonstrated clearly and comprehensively, the question that should be addressed is if these exceptions are granted in the right circumstances especially in the cases of IPR and personal injuries within EU.
As you understand this is complementary order related to the previous one and I would be glad if the same writer 4936 can continue working on the project. More specifically in this order, I want the writer only to focus on the exceptions granted for contingency fees in EU and specifically in the previously referred countries such as UK, Netherlands, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Denmark or Norway and Japan. The writer has to dig deeper in that field, identify the various characteristics of the system of each country and if there is a relation with any form of contingency fees and then try to explain if these exceptions within EU are granted in the same circumstances specifically in cases of intellectual property rights and also cases of personal injuries and most importantly always having in mind the comparison with the contingency system of payment followed in the US.
Summing everything up, once you evaluate the different applications of contingent fees in the EU countries plus Japan or one South American country, then try to short out the specific exceptions in specific countries, and you use the pros and cons and the various characteristics of contingent fees to evaluate these exemptions.
Would have been very helpful if at the end of the literature you present a table with the EU countries referred and the exceptions of the payment of system they have in relation to contingency. Maybe you can make a table (not very complicated, like a summary of the main characteristics of each country) in the appendix.
Further, as I said in order to narrow it down a bit, try to focus more in cases of intellectual property rights(highly important) and tort cases related to personal injuries since contingent fees have become a normal form of payment contract among lawyers and clients in tort cases relating a?personal injuriesa?.
This is all can provide to guide you. Please try to follow strictly the instructions and stick to them and respect the deadline and deliver the work on time. I can provide like 24 hours extension max if needed. If you respect these and the demands of the order, everything will be fine, no revision will be needed and as I did already in the previous orders, good feedback is guaranteed.
Thanks in advance & Good luck!
I am here for any clarifications.

Ontingent fees for lawyers in the EU: are exceptions granted in the right circumstances?

The subject of my studies is actually Economics and Law. I am going to provide you with some instructions and details to assist you with the work as much as possible.
While contingent fees are allowed for litigation lawyers in the US, by and large they are forbidden in EU countries. Yet, in recent years, more and more exceptions have been allowed in EU countries. These exceptions form interesting case studies for the assessment of the pros and cons of lawyer contingent fees. What are the pros and cons of contingent fees for lawyers? The research starts with a literature overview of the pros and cons. Next, based on this literature overview, the research goes on to assess whether recent exceptions in EU countries to the prohibition of contingent fees have been granted for instances where the pros outweigh the cons.
The above mentioned key points are the epicenter of the topic and the main issues that focus should be given on. It is a rather letas say theoretical topic combining economics and law and it needs a lot of qualitative analysis and a thick and rich literature. It is essential to concentrate more into the economic perspective of the topic and much less on the social/societal side. The direction should be towards finding out about the relation between a?Expert/Lawyer-Client/Peoplea? focusing on the a?hidden infoa? and a?hidden actiona? factors and the a?principal agent/client problema?. Also try to demonstrate and focus on the a?curelitigation scenario (contingent fee/ no cure no pay)a? and a?the prevention-defence scenario (tension between solving the hidden info problem and the hidden action problem)a?- Is every defence situation in line with the prevention scenario? Expert incentives: Cure/litigation vs Prevention/defence attorney.
The following two references are very closely related and can be very useful, and you should better concentrate on them as a starting point.
Rubinfeld, D. and Scotchmer, S. (1993) Contingent fees for attorneys: an economic analysis. RAND Journal of Economics, 24, 343-356.
Kelemen, R.D. (2011) Eurolegalism: the Transformation of Law and Regulation in the European Union. Harvard University Press.
In closing, what I need is mainly a thesis research proposal for my dissertation but it is more like a start document. It should contain the title, a provisional table of contents, a short description of the topic, the central problem statement (focus, clarity, feasibility), the motivation to this statement (scientific or societal relevance), a draft/overview of the main relevant literature (very important to present in the proposal some important literature review of the subject as a starting point for the rest of the dissertation and higher weight in the order should be given on that) and a plan of how to do the actual research (design and the main planning).
This is all can provide to guide you. Hopefully it is sufficient. If not, please contact me. Please try to respect the deadline and deliver the work on time because based on the proposal submission date, I will not be able to provide any extension to the deadline and actually this is why I make that clear now.
Thanks in advance & Good luck!

In closing, what I need is the literature review for my dissertation. I am going to upload my research proposal so you can get a clear picture. In addition, in the proposal a sort of first small draft of the literature is included and this can help you a lot to go in the same direction. Please try not to duplicate the context of the proposal but you can certainly check the references and build others on the way.
It is very important to have a thick and rich literature review. More specifically, after exploring the main points I referred above in the literature between EU and U.S and the exceptions granted in EU, I want you to present and evaluate also the differences concerning the system of payment in different EU countries like Germany, UK and maybe one Scandinavian (Denmark or Norway), and maybe one Asian so we can have a clear picture with the comparison of the U.S system payment of contingency. Further, in order to narrow it down a bit, try to focus more in cases of intellectual property rights(highly important) and tort cases related to personal injuries since contingent fees have become a normal form of payment contract among lawyers and clients in tort cases relating a?personal injuriesa?.
All these are very crucial for the literature and the direction my supervisor and I want it to go.
This is all can provide to guide you. I am going to upload the proposal soon and hopefully all these are sufficient. If not, please contact me. Please try to respect the deadline and deliver the work on time because based on the submission date, I will not be able to provide more than a couple of days extension to the deadline and actually this is why I make that clear now.

Ontingent fees for lawyers in the EU: are exceptions granted in the right circumstances?

The subject of my studies is actually Economics and Law. What I need is the chapter of analysis and findings for my thesis. I am going to provide you with some instructions and details to assist you with the work as much as possible.
Below, I present you some general points as an introduction and later on I explain you exactly what I need to be done.

It is a rather lets say theoretical topic combining economics and law and it needs a lot of qualitative analysis and a thick and rich literature. It is essential to concentrate more into the economic perspective of the topic and much less on the social/societal side.
More analytically, what I need is the chapter of analysis and findings for my thesis. I am going to upload the chapter of introduction, literature review and methodology so you can get a clear picture and do the analysis and produce the finding based on them. Based on the literature and methodology chapters which I am going to upload, please produce the analysis and findings. Please try not to duplicate the context but analyze comprehensively.
I suggest the analysis to be done using the concept of grounded theory.
The grounded theory has great influence on the qualitative research, since based on two scientists Glaser and Straus (1967) who established this theory, the main concept behind it focuses on developing theories based on specific analysis of themes and common characteristics from the data observed. Mainly, it deals with coding the data and handling the interpretative analysis of the qualitative data. According to Babbie (2004), the application of this theory by using systematic coding can highly improve the validity and reliability of the data and produce quality work.
However if you have another method to do this qualitative analysis, go on. But I would suggest you to use the above mentioned theory. Try to make tables and use coding like +/in order to end up with a thorough analysis discussion and produce reliable and quality findings. Above all, the most important thing is to try to achieve the objectives and answer the research questions of this thesis. You have all the information in the uploaded documents of mine, so try to follow these chapters. I would suggest you to devote 10 pages in the analysis and 2 for presenting the findings. In total 12 pages of work. And I guess that because it is the analysis part you do not need to use new references because actually your analysis will be based on the literature review. However, if you feel like using some new references please do so. The 20 sources I choose in the set up are just for instance.
This is all can provide to guide you. I am going to upload the chapters and hopefully all these are sufficient. If not, please contact me. Please try to respect the deadline and deliver quality work on time. I will not be able to provide more than 24 hours extension to the deadline and actually this is why I make that clear now.
